The data controller for the personal data collected through this website and the associated services is Departify, S.L. (hereinafter, "Departify"), based in Spain with tax ID B-00000000.

Departify processes the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with the platform:

• Account data: name, email, organisation.
• Operational data: configuration, contracted departments, mission history.
• Usage data: panel interactions, aggregated metrics.
• End-customer data: information that the client business chooses to connect to the platform, under its own responsibility.

We process the data to deliver the contracted service, keep the platform secure, improve the product, meet legal obligations and — where applicable — send commercial communications that the user has authorised.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the service agreement, compliance with legal obligations, the data subject's consent and — where applicable — the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and, afterwards, for the period required by law to address any potential liabilities. Operational data can be deleted at the client's request at any time.

Departify works with infrastructure, analytics and customer-support providers that may process data on behalf of the platform. All providers sign data-processing agreements in line with the GDPR.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to privacidad@departify.app. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access control, activity logs and periodic risk assessments. You can find more details on the security page.
