Terms of service

By contracting or using Departify you accept these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

Departify provides AI-powered department operations services, accessible from the web dashboard and from Telegram, with a private instance per customer.

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.

You agree to use the service in compliance with the law, not to use the outputs for illicit activity, and to respect the rights of third parties. Bypassing security measures or reverse-engineering the product is prohibited.

Pricing and conditions for each plan are listed on the pricing page. Charges are made in advance. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the admin dashboard.

Departify retains all rights to the software, brand, designs and site materials. The customer retains ownership of the content they upload or generate through the service.

Departify will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service beyond what is required by law. The platform is an operational support tool; strategic and legally relevant decisions remain the customer's responsibility.

We may suspend the service if we detect misuse, security risk or non-payment. You can cancel at any time and keep access to your instance for 30 days to export your data.

We may modify these terms. We will notify you at least 30 days before substantial changes take effect. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by applicable Spanish and European law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the customer's city, without prejudice to consumer rights.
